
Keri J. MacDonald
is an experienced consultant working in the areas of manufacturing improvement,
organization and training, production planning, market characterization
and competitive analysis. Her background includes a broad range of experience
in the Technology Consulting and Operations Management practices at
Arthur D. Little (ADL) and Holistic
Manufacturing projects with HMC.
Keri also served as the International Business Manager for Strategic
Food Solutions, an ADL joint venture focused on providing a complete
range of business and research services to the Nutraceuticals market.
Keri's experience is primarily in the Consumer Products Industry.
Major clients include a leading US-based consumer products
company, one of the five-largest food and fragrance manufacturers, a
leading producer of artificial sweeteners, a major agricultural commodities
company, a leading US-based life sciences company, a mid-sized construction
management firm, a large pharmaceuticals manufacturer, an international
cigarette manufacturer and a major European brewery.
Within the
Holistic Manufacturing philosophy she has focused on
developing Learning Organizations through the application of Peter Senge's
Five Disciplines (The Fifth Discipline: The Art
and Practice of The Learning Organization, 1990). She has led
Learning Organization and Team-building projects at the management and
shop-floor levels in Malaysia, Venezuela and Chile.
Keri's experience in the tobacco industry includes
project work and diagnostics in Brown & Williamson USA, BAT Malaysia,
Bigott Venezuela, and Chile Tabacos.
Keri received her BS in Chemical Engineering from Cornell
University in Ithaca, NY and her MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona,
Spain. She is native in English and fluent in Spanish and is currently
based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
